Dr. Sarah Simblet is a fine artist, writer, broadcaster and anatomist whose work explores the relationship between science, history and art. The author of series of popular and critically acclaimed books on drawing, anatomy and botany, she is dedicated to sharing and encouraging visual intelligence in others through her work. Sarah is the Anatomy Course Tutor at the Ruskin School of Art at Oxford University, where she uses the subjects of human anatomy, drawing and contemporary art practice to teach imagination; she also teaches drawing internationally.
